chb-system is a marketing-automation platform operated by Hai Tech Service ("we", "us") for its advertising clients and their authorized agencies ("you"). It connects offline sales data back to digital advertising platforms and optimises advertising on your behalf.

when you authorize the app, we access your Google Ads account to: upload
offline conversions, create and update Customer Match audiences, and read
campaign performance to adjust bids and targets. We do NOT access your Gmail,
Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or any Google data unrelated to Google Ads.
Data is used solely to provide the services above to you, the account owner. We do not use Google or Meta user data for advertising to you, for our own products, or for any purpose unrelated to operating these features on your accounts.
OAuth refresh tokens and access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) in Google Cloud (Firestore) within the project that runs the service, accessible only to the operating service account. We retain them only as long as needed to provide the service.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties, except sending it to Google and Meta APIs as required to perform the actions you authorized.
You may revoke the app's access at any time in your Google Account (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or Meta Business settings, and request deletion of stored tokens by contacting us. Revoking access stops all further processing on your account.
chb-system's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
